As Director of Communications, Nicole leads NBIF's communications, marketing and media relations. She works closely with founders, investors, government, and ecosystem partners to share the stories behind New Brunswick's most ambitious companies and strengthen awareness of the province's growing venture capital ecosystem.

Nicole brings more than a decade of experience across the charitable, healthcare, and economic development sectors. Prior to joining NBIF, she led communications and marketing initiatives for organizations including the YMCA, Horizon Health Network, and Envision Saint John: The Regional Growth Agency, where she developed provincial and national campaigns and engaged diverse audiences.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from St. Thomas University and an Associate Marketing Management Professional (CMMP) designation. Passionate about community development and storytelling, Nicole is actively involved as a volunteer with several organizations, including the Imperial Theatre, FeedNB, Housing Alternatives, and L'Arche Saint John. In her spare time, she loves travelling and exploring new places with her Boxer dog, Frankie and partner, Geoff.
