As Director of Strategic Engagement, Hilary leads initiatives focused on strategic partnerships, founder support, investor relations, engagement activities, and pipeline development. Over the past decade, she has played a key role in strengthening connections across New Brunswick's startup ecosystem and supporting founders as they build and scale their businesses. Hilary has also worked in sales leadership roles and while working at NBIF also taught at the New Brunswick Community College. She holds a diploma in Bilingual Office Administration from NBCC and has completed executive leadership training through both the Ivey School of Business and Leadership Management International. Hilary is actively involved in several community and alumni organizations and is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and travelling.
