As Vice President of Strategy & Operations, Heather leads organizational strategy, operations, and cross-functional initiatives that support NBIF's long-term impact and growth. She brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning economic development, government, higher education, and financial services. Before joining NBIF, Heather served as Vice President and Board Liaison, and acting co-CEO, at Envision Saint John: The Regional Growth Agency. She also held executive leadership roles with Opportunities New Brunswick and has worked with the University of New Brunswick, the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design, CIBC, HSBC, and BMO. Heather is known for her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and ability to build strong partnerships that drive meaningful results.
