Our Process

Below are the steps we take to accept, evaluate and execute our investment decisions. The timeframes for each phase of our process depends on the availability and completeness of information provided to the Foundation, the nature of the firm, and stage of development.

Investments range from $25,000 to $1,000,000 per investment round, however, funding for pre-revenue companies rarely exceeds $250,000. The Foundation may invest alone or together with other investors, and will consider additional follow-on investments in successful companies.
