Applications
Formal requests for funding must be submitted only by an organization, or through the official research services department of a New Brunswick community college or university. A review committee comprised of representatives of the Foundation and the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour [PETL] selects the successful applicants.
Applications are to be submitted in the form of a detailed proposal. In general, it will summarize the research program, the qualifications of the required associate or technician, and how the organization plans to sustain the position after the original funding is exhausted. Recipients are required to recognize the financial contribution of the foundation and PETL in publications that directly or indirectly include the work of the technician. Annual financial reports are required that list the utilization of all funds, including those leveraged or matched by other funding sources or organizations.
