The Participant Handbook outlines the essential aspects of the Breakthru Business Plan Competition and has been designed to assist participants in preparing their submissions to compete for over $285,000 in prizes. The competition process has been carefully and thoughtfully developed to create the best competition possible. The Participant Handbook outlines the eligibility requirements, the competition process and the terms and conditions.
